I have started the fight.

I applied for disability today.  I am prepared for a long, drawn out battle.  I am facing the fact that it hurts to even lift a 1/2 gallon of milk without pain.  I need help and I can't get it in our current situation, so I am going to get help from the government.  I will definitely keep everyone up-to-date on the status of the fight, so your prayers will be greatly appreciated!

It was a good day until my heart started to race out of my chest and make me go and lay down.  I hated this afternoon because now it seems like the flair is trying to make a come back.  But at least I got out, walked Wal-Mart, got an oil change on my truck, and my hubby took me out for lunch!  OH!  I did get a new exercise video today and I am getting excited about working with it.  I also bought the Biggest Loser Simple Swaps book and I have gotten some good tips out of it.

Today we went out and scouted out the Wal-Mart for my project and I am planning on going to see the manager next week to talk them about shooting at this store.  I have the core of the website marked out and now Waide will start to actually put it together.  I need to create some graphics but overall its all good!

I am really hoping that this idea I am working is going to help people because I really feel that today's celebrity fitness "experts" really aren't in touch with the average American.  They don't realize that most people really can't afford to shop at Whole Foods and other natural food stores, so they just stay in the food habits they are in.

When we were at Wal-Mart I found SEVERAL items that are recommended to use in our cooking and eating!  For example I found plain, vanilla, and blueberry Oikos yogurt!  I love using the plain yogurt for cooking- it helps make WONDERFUL mashed potatoes!  Most recipes that require sour cream, I am just using the yogurt instead.  I am starting to look for more recipes that will fit within healthy serving sizes!

Ok, I am off my blog because I am really tired and I need to rest.
